FBI Digital Forensic-Crack The iPhone Data Secret Storage-with: Cloud Technology-and, Download!

Unit 6 Discussion Post 2 Response
Response from: Miss. Bayo Elizabeth
Cary, AA, BA, MLIS
Based on an article by Nakashima (2016),
the FBI requested Apple to "disable the feature that wipes the data on the
phone after 10 incorrect tries at entering a password." Apple has
consistently communicated that they do not have such a technology. Based on
your review of the studies, including this article, what components of digital
forensics would this request apply to? What would be some of the benefits of
having such technology? More importantly, what would be the ramifications of
this technology for the user and community at large? Do you agree with Apple or
the FBI on this type of intrusion?

Digital
forensics is a branch of forensic science. It is a
process
of obtaining, interpreting and uncovering
electronic
data from electronic storage devices.
The
purpose of this process is to preserve the
probative
value of any evidence so
that
it can be of use in a court of law.

I
can confirm, that Intl terror, hide information, that should never be
confidential, on iPhones. The wrong activities, occur, in most, Intl
airports-all-over-the-world-not a presumption. The Intl airport, in Mexico
City, MX, is an Intl baby sales market. The children sold, are new born, and
older. The kids are taken into the bathrooms, and sexually assaulted, by
travelers passing through the airport-the incidents, are many times recorded on
iPhones. The iPhones, are then passed on, with the codes, and sold, and
trade-kiddie porn-illegal-child sex slave. Sad.
Logan Intl airport, in Boston, MA-is no
exception, to this rule. Many of the travelers, passing through the airport,
are Intl terror, and or: prostitutes, or pimps. Boston, is a major US city, and
attracts, all-of-the-wrong visitors-most of the time. While, waiting, at the
Logan Intl airport in Boston, MA-many of the travelers, the staff-even some of
the immigrant police-were sexually inappropriate with me. An unattended iPhone,
was left at one of the luggage return areas, and no one I offered it to-would
take it, even though, it was not mine, and I had no code. I could not give the
iPhone away-there was something really-wrong with it:
The
world of digital forensics has become increasingly complicated. This, of
course, is owing to several reasons. The fact that the FBI has declared cybercrime
as the nation’s number one threat – even ahead of terrorism – is one important
reason. (Stephenson, 2014, p. 40)
It is illegal, for anyone, who is contacted by the US
Federal government, to, in anyway, inhibit Federal investigations, in-regards-to:
Intl terror-etc.:
The
exponential growth in volume of data with wide variety of devices and formats
has led to rise in use of digital forensics. Maximum use of digital forensics
is done by the federal sector and will grow from $1,097.2m in 2015 to $2,060.5m
by 2020. (M2 PressWire, ARC, 2016, p. 1)
US Federal laws, trump, state, and local laws. At no
point in time, is a business-Apple, above the: laws, statues, laws, and
regulations, pertaining to the US Federal government. Apple, had no legal
right, to protect information, on a cellphone, used by Intl terror-who attacked
America. Law suit. The FBI need to sue Apple-trillions. Take out a lean Apple,
and hope you have any sales, or can operate-after that!:
. . .Breaches and cybercrimes will continue. They will increase
in frequency and level of damage so if we cannot be proactive at least we can
clean up the mess after the attack is over. (Stephenson, 2014, p. 40)
Intl terror, is illegal, violent, and is threatening every
life in America-not just the entire American economy. When a: corporation, organization,
individual, etc.-choses to illegally obstruct US justice-then, that person
becomes a suspect, a: “Person of Interest,” for intentionally, supporting
financially, and in other ways-Intl terror-treason. “Whatever
the nature of the attack – fraud, cyber terror or other nefarious cyber
activity – at the end of the day it is the forensic specialist who is left with
the task of figuring out what happened” (Stephenson, 2014, p. 40).
The
Federal government-the Feds, are a fickle US body-just because, you have not
been served yet-it in no way means, that you have gotten away, with: murder,
your summons, and your subpoena, are in the mail. “Do the crime, and pay the
time.” It is illegal and illogical to think, because Apple is a huge
corporation, with Intl offices-there is no way, the US government, would
prosecute, all of us. Wrong! The culpable evidence, was located-almost in full,
by US FBI IT tech., who downloaded, the incriminating evidence-by utilizing a
new form, of digital forensics: “Market Insights Digital Forensics-Cloud
Technology”:
